Step 3: Managing Your Links
The Links page is where you add and manage all the links displayed on your profile. You can access it from the dashboard sidebar or the "Add Link" quick action.
Adding a New Link
Click the "Add Link" button to open the link creation form. You can choose from three types:
URL Link - A standard clickable button that directs visitors to any URL. Fill in the title and destination URL.
Social Media Link - A dedicated social media icon link for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and more.
Divider - A visual separator to organize your links into groups. Dividers are created instantly with no additional input needed.
Link Options
For URL and Social links, you can configure additional options:
Custom Icon - Upload a custom icon image (max 5MB) to replace the default icon.
Thumbnail Image - Add a preview thumbnail that displays alongside your link for a richer visual experience.

Use the toggle switch next to each link to quickly enable or disable it without deleting. To permanently remove a link, click the delete button and confirm the action.
Free Plan Limits
The Free plan allows up to 5 links. Upgrade to a Pro plan for unlimited links and additional features.
Step 4: Customizing Sections
The Sections page allows you to control the layout and structure of your profile page. Sections are the building blocks of your profile and include:
Hero - The top section displaying your avatar, display name, and bio.
Links - The section showing all your link buttons.
About - An additional content area for more detailed information about you.
Social Media - A dedicated section displaying your social media platform icons.
Reordering Sections

Toggling Sections
Each section has an active/inactive toggle. Disable a section to hide it from your public profile without removing its content. You can re-enable it at any time.
Step 5: Choosing a Theme
The Themes page lets you change the visual appearance of your profile page. Welcome.to offers a curated gallery of professionally designed templates.

Live Preview
Most dashboard pages include a Live Preview panel on the right side. This shows a real-time preview of how your profile page looks to visitors. Any changes you make to your links, sections, or themes are instantly reflected in the preview, so you can see exactly what your audience will see before sharing your link.

Tips for a Great Profile
Keep it focused - Only include your most important and relevant links. Too many links can overwhelm visitors.
Use clear titles - Write descriptive link titles so visitors know exactly where each link leads.
Add a compelling bio - Your bio is the first thing visitors read. Make it concise, engaging, and aligned with your brand.
Choose the right theme - Pick a theme that matches your personal brand or business identity.
Check your analytics - Regularly review your analytics to understand which links perform best and optimize accordingly.
Share everywhere - Put your Welcome.to link in your Instagram bio, TikTok profile, YouTube description, email signature, and anywhere else your audience can find you.
